REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Custom Made Products

Many of our products are custom printed or produced specifically for each order. This includes products such as graphics kits, wheel graphics, custom color combinations, and other made-to-order items.

Because these products are made specifically for your bike and configuration, they normally cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started.

This follows EU consumer regulations for personalized or made-to-order products.

If you are unsure about your order, feel free to contact us before placing it — we are always happy to help.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of goods are not eligible for returns, including:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Certain health and personal care items

Return conditions

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. If an item is returned damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error, only a partial refund may be possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at:
